SENIOR EXECUTIVE, MIS-SALES
-
Responsibilities:
i) Ensuring on-time delivery of Sales reports with analysis.
ii) Collect position & performance-based distributor/MT outlet reports to initiate necessary recommendations for necessary actions.
iii) Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets on management guidelines and take approvals.
iv) Prepare Territory (Person-wise) report and growth analysis with ranking.
v) Collect Sales Team/DB/MT Outlet wise target breakdown and preserve after taking approvals.
vi) Maintaining market structure/channels/key responsible persons in the company’s software.
vii) Preparing the Incentive Calculations for sales forces/distributors/retail/depot staff.
viii) Calculating & preparing the Monthly/Periodical Incentives report and the Additional percentage earned by the Distributors & DSRs.
ix) Preparing and submitting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Forecasts (SKU-wise in amount/ volume/ carton/ pieces) with analysis of previous SKU-wise sales, contributions, and movement.
x) Preparing Price approval sheets (Price revision of existing product or NPD) & circulating them to the related departments through Sales Admin.
xi) Collect DB/Party wise credit updates from Accounts and make necessary analysis.
xii) Checking the summary sheets of the distributor’s monthly damage claims.
xiii) Assisting the management & admin to prepare the ABP (Annual Business Plan) and prepare a draft.
xiv) Preparing & upgrading some important formats (for Sales, MIS, Distribution, Sales Admin, etc.)
xv) Masking SMS to the distributors, Retailers and SIFL Employees.
xvi) Some other works assigned by the management & seniors.
